1. Is Homeopathy slow?

   This is a common question that most people have, but if the right remedy is prescribed according to the symtoms of the patient, seeing his general condition in the right potency i.e (power)cure happens as quickly as in 15 to 30 minutes.

   e.g- A person suffering from severe headache, with redness of face, throbbing, burning then these symtoms are also shown by Deadly nightshade (Belladona). So Belladona would cure it and no other remedy for these symtoms.

3. Is homeopathy safe?

   Homeopathy is made from natural ingredients to treat illness in the potentised form. It can be safely used for new born children too, and even in pregnanacy.

4. How is homeopathy administered?

   It can be administered in pillules form for children or powder form, for adults can be in powder, pills . It can be also given in tincture form if required.

   The granules should be allowed to dissolve in the mouth or under the tongue, preferably free from tobacco or flavored substances. Medicines are best taken apart from food or drink.

   The frequency of the dose and the potency of the medicine may vary according to the type of condition, as recommended by your doctor. The potency of the medicine is denoted by a number which follows its name. For example, Arnica 6x or Cantharis 30x.

   Proper diet, regular exercise and adequate sleep will, of course, enhance the treatment. Avoid handling the granules to prevent contamination. Tip them into the cap of the container or use a clean spoon.

   Keep the medicines in a cool, dark place away from strong smelling substances and they will remain effective for several years.

5. When can I see the results?

   Homeopathy treats every patient as a whole.

   Every individual is different. Every individual has different immunity levels. Once the medicine is administered

   results in acute cases should be seen from some minutes to hours.

   For chronic diseases 15 days for the improvement to start and should be continued for some months depending on the illness and when did the complaint start.

6. Does homeopathy have side effects?

   When we take homeopathic remedy you may experience some or all of following :

   • A general improvement with the chief complaint.
   • Return of your old symtoms.
   • Some new associated complaints
   • Gradual improvement in symtoms

   A little agrravation of your chief complaint with some discomfort, but it is a good indiacation in treatment.

   Agrravation in case of acute complaints should last for some minutes after which it should be fine with improvement .Agrravation with chronic illness may last up to 4- 6 days with gradual improvement.

7. Can homeopathy be taken in conjunction with my other treatments?

   It can without any concerns taken be with your other treatments on.

   But if you have a certain skin condition it is better to take homeopathy without any skin cream applications which have merely steriods or ingredients which suppress the cure.

8. Why are there so many anti-Homeopathy articles in the media these days?

   Homeopathy has endured regular attacks like these over the last 200 years. The most recent attacks are not new; they say the same thing that critics of homeopathy were saying in the 19th century: "The doses of medicine used by homeopaths are so low they can obviously have no effect." The explanation to this is, "As the doses are low i.e the they are potentised in the most powerful form and this is enough to trigger the vital force of the body that is derranged by disease, so the dose only has to belittle powerful than the disease, so it will cure the disease and bring back the person to health." So our clinical experience shows that people taking correctly prescribed homeopathic medicines do indeed get better.

9. Can I treat myself homeopathically?

   Yes and no. For little injuries, colds and other minor illnesses such as teething problems, the amateur homeopath can sometimes get results.

   For most illnesses however, it’s much preferable to be treated by a qualified homeopathic doctor.

10. Why?

    Because a homeopathic doctor needs to understand you and your illness in great detail. S/he must understand, not only all the details of your symptoms, but much about you as a human being and how you react to being ill. For example some people like to be left alone when they are ill and others really need TLC and sympathy. This actually affects the prescription of the homeopathic remedy. Also homeopathy does not only treat disease but the person as a whole.So getting your general constitution it will benifit in your prescription for the accurate remedy
